Short CV :
Christelle Garnier received the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees in Signal Processing and Telecommunications from the University of Rennes, France, in 1995 and 1999 respectively.
Since 2000, she has been with the Department of Communication Systems at TELECOM Lille as an Associate Professor in signal processing and mobile communications.
From 2000 to 2006, she was a member of the "Institut d’Electronique, de Microélectronique et de Nanotechnologies" (IEMN - UMR CNRS 8520), Lille. She worked on multi-carrier and spread spectrum transmission schemes, in particular on the effects of phase noise and on the strategies for resource allocation.
In 2008, she joined the "Laboratoire d’Automatique, Génie Informatique et Signal" (LAGIS - UMR CNRS 8219) and reoriented her research on statistical signal processing, with a particular interest for Monte Carlo methods and their application to digital communication and visual tracking.
